Klyde Warren Park (KWP) fees and charges for sales on site:
Vendor, exhibitor, or sponsor shall pay directly to KWP a house commission on approved sales in the amount of 15%, on all merchandise sales made by customer, its agents or affiliates, or any sub-licensor, subcontractor or concessionaire or customer, during the event. AVANCE North Texas will not act as intermediary or as a money recipient on this transaction.
